Masjid Omar Bin Khatab was established in 1992 by the efforts of a diverse group of brothers in the downtown Toronto area.
The efforts of the brothers to receive recognition and non charitable status as an organization was approved by Goverment of Canada
Masjid Omar Bin Khattab serves one of the largest youth population in downtown Toronto, with daily programs and services for youth and children.

History of Masjid Omar Bin Khatab
Masjid Omar Bin Khatab was established in 1992 by the efforts of a diverse group of brothers in the downtown Toronto area.
Living in a troubled neighborhood with a large Muslim population, the Muslim community was in need of a masjid.
